In graver news, bearded bonhomie John Kasaian sends along this richly illustrated* CNN news story, in which we learn that Germany has once again taken the top prize at the 2011 World Beard and Moustache Championships in Norway.
Gentlemen, we must not allow a facial hair gap!
*The guy in the first picture looks a lot like my old college friend, Woody.
