Now they're suing to stop the prayers at Barack Obama's inauguration.
Do you get the sense these people don't get invited to a lot of parties?
Don't you understand that THEY are the arbiters of what may be said and what may not be said. These people have an absolute right not to hear anything they don't want to hear. And don't try the Freedom-of-Speech argument, either. Freedom of Speech is what THEY say it is. Thank you for the opportunity to straighten you all out on this subject. (Zere vill be no more vining! Und you VILL enjoy it!)

The saddest part: Dan Barker is co-president (with his wife, Annie Laurie Gaylor) of the Freedom from Religion Foundation. The FFR was founded by Annie Laurie and her mother, Anne Nichol Gaylor.
They all live in Madison, Wisconsin... just like me. Hardly a week goes by without some mention of their latest shenanigans.
I understand that one of the ladies -- either the mother or daughter -- had an abortion. And this is their way of dealing with the guilt of that decision.
By the time Mom retired as president of FFRF in 2004, she had also run a fund that helped pay for 14,000 poor women to kill their children.
No, they don't get invited to parties. But they have great fun talking to themselves up here in Madison.
